Once your recipe is loaded in the "Original Test Recipe" section, you can scale the recipe up and down depending on the serving portion and number of servings needed.

Sheet will also allow you to set ingredients to 100%, and scale new recipes based on that one ingredient. This is helpful when you need to reformulate a recipe to use a precise amount of a certain ingredient, such as salmon scrap in a salmon cake special.
